We will guide you through assigning conversations to agents, closing and pausing chats, and launching a chatbot into the conversation. You will also learn how to send files, record voice messages, and use emojis.One of the most useful features is the shortcut manager, which allows you to create shortcuts for frequently used messages. Additionally, you can send private notes that only you and your teammates can see.

On the right side of the chat section, you will find information about the user, including their name, country, device, and browser used, among other details. You can also create and update variables from the user in the variables section.
