How to get the Json Key File
Learn how to get the JSON key that connects Landbot to a specific agent in Dialogflow. Only needs to be done once per agent. Follow along to upload the key and get started!
Are you struggling to connect your Landbot chatbot to your Dialogflow agent? Look no further than this tutorial! In lesson number two, we'll guide you through the process of obtaining the JSON key that will allow Landbot to connect to your agent. And the best part? You only have to do this once per agent.
First, you'll need to create a Dialogflow agent if you haven't already. If you're unsure of how to do this, be sure to check out our first lesson where we explain the process step-by-step. Once you have an agent created, go to the settings section and select the Google Project link next to the agent name. This will take you to the Google Cloud Console, where you'll navigate to "API and Services" and then "Credentials". From there, you'll create a service account and select "Owner" in the next step. You'll also need to create a JSON key for the service account, which will generate a file that you'll need to connect to Landbot.
Back in Landbot, you'll create a Dialogflow block and add the downloaded JSON key to it. Once you've done this, your agent will be ready to go in Landbot! You can also upload a JSON key file from the Dialogflow Integration Dashboard, giving you even more flexibility and options.
Be sure to tune in to our next lesson where we'll show you a basic, but useful way of using Dialogflow in Landbot.
