In this video lesson, we will be discussing the powerful Hubspot integration feature available in Landbot. With this integration, you can easily create, update and get data from Hubspot directly within the chatbot flow.
This feature is compatible with channels such as WhatsApp, Web and Facebook Messenger chatbots. To use it in the Landbot builder, simply drag and drop the Hubspot block and select it. If it's your first time using it, you will need to sync your Hubspot account with Landbot. There are three main actions available within the integration: Create, Update and Get a Record.
The Create action allows you to create new contacts, companies, deals, and tickets directly from the chatbot flow. You can add required fields, such as name and email, or extra fields from Hubspot, like company name or phone number, and associate it with a previously created deal or company.
The Update action allows you to update existing contacts, companies, deals or tickets in Hubspot. You can search for records based on specific fields and update their values as needed. The Get a Record action allows you to retrieve information from your Hubspot account and have it available within the chatbot.
