Display and export chatbot data
Learn how to track the performance of your chatbot and optimize its drop-off rates by displaying and exporting its data.
In this tutorial video, we will discover how to effectively track and analyze the performance of your chatbot by displaying and exporting its data. By heading into the analyze section of the chatbot, we will first come across the metrics section where we can track key metrics and overall performance of your chatbot.
This can be helpful in determining how well your chatbot is performing and whether any changes need to be made to improve its performance.
Moving on to the Users section, we will be able to see the different users that have interacted with your chatbot along with their respective data. This information can be exported in a raw data format by clicking on "raw data export", which can be used for further analysis and insights.Lastly, the flow analytics section provides a comprehensive view of your entire chatbot flow, just like in the builder. The red arrows in the flow analytics represent the drop-off rates, which indicate where users have left the chatbot.
By analyzing this data, you can identify areas of improvement and optimize your chatbot's drop-off rates.
By following the steps outlined in this tutorial video, you will be able to effectively track and analyze your chatbot's performance, identify areas of improvement, and optimize its drop-off rates for a better user experience.
