Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

At Landbot, we are committed to enhancing the accessibility of our digital products and services for all users, in line with international standards and the EU Accessibility Act.

While we strive for full accessibility across our products, we recognize that there are areas where we currently fall short. We are actively working to bridge these gaps and are committed to continuous improvement according to our resources and capabilities.

Below, you will find links to our individual accessibility statements for our different websites.

Landbot Website

Our public website includes various sections with different levels of accessibility compliance. Areas such as the main homepage, Landbot Community, and Landbot Academy generally provide a good experience for users with assistive technologies. However, some sections still present accessibility barriers, such as low contrast, missing image descriptions, and unclear heading structures. These areas have been identified through a recent audit and will require further work to meet WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA standards.

Visit our Landbot Website Accessibility Statement for details on our commitment, current compliance status, and ongoing initiatives to improve accessibility on our public website.

Web Chatbots

We continue to improve our web chatbots with the goal of being fully compliant with WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA standards, enabling our customers to provide accessible conversational experiences for their audiences. While we have made significant progress in accessibility, a few issues remain that need to be resolved to ensure full compatibility with keyboard navigation and assistive technologies.

For more information on our web chatbots accessibility, please refer to the specific Landbot Web Chatbots Accessibility Statement.

Administrative Platform

Our administrative platform currently presents the most significant accessibility challenges. While the interface is mostly responsive and readable at 200% zoom, it is not navigable via keyboard or usable with screen readers. Many essential controls and components are not focusable or lack descriptive labels. The chatbot builder in particular, which relies heavily on drag-and-drop, is currently inaccessible to users with visual or motor impairments.

Due to limited resources, accessibility improvements in the platform will be prioritized after our work on public-facing interfaces and chatbots is complete. Our future roadmap includes improving keyboard navigation, making subscription and billing features accessible, and eventually offering accessible AI-powered alternatives to the visual builder.

Learn more about the accessibility of our platform (used to manage your account and Landbot services) by reviewing the Landbot Administrative Platform Accessibility Statement.

Feedback and Contact

Our commitment is to prioritize these efforts, particularly in areas that impact our customers the mos. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work toward a more inclusive conversational experience for everyone.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility, so if you experience any difficulties or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
