Landbot Administrative Platform Accessibility Statement

This statement applies to content published on the subdomain “app.landbot.io”, managed by Hello Umi SL DBA Landbot.
It does not apply to other content or websites published on any other subdomains. These websites and their content will have their own specific accessibility statement.

Our Commitment

At Landbot, we are committed to ensuring that our digital services meet the principles of accessibility as defined by WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and the requirements of the EU Accessibility Act.

While resource constraints currently limit the pace of accessibility improvements, we are committed to continuous progress. We have implemented a strategy for ongoing enhancements and are actively working towards a more accessible platform.

Compliance status

When using our web chatbots, you should be able to:

  • Zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality, with the interface remaining generally responsive.
  • Watch video content with autogenerated captions, although these may not always be fully accurate or properly synchronized.

However, we acknowledge significant accessibility limitations:

  • The platform is not currently usable with keyboard navigation or with screen reader. Many important components cannot be reached or operated without a mouse.
  • Screen readers cannot accurately interpret large portions of the interface. Many key buttons are represented solely by icons without descriptive labels, and structural information is often missing or inconsistent.
  • Forms present partial accessibility, as input fields are generally focusable, but associated buttons often lack descriptive labels or context, making it unclear what action will be performed.
  • The chatbot builder, in particular, is not accessible via keyboard or screen reader. The drag‑and‑drop interface cannot be used without a mouse, and its visual structure lacks accessible alternatives.

Known Limitations

Our most recent audit has identified several areas where accessibility improvements are required:

We are currently conducting an internal accessibility audit of the platform, and a full list of issues is still being compiled. However, based on our initial assessment, we know that the app has significant gaps in both keyboard and screen reader support.

These limitations affect core interactions, including navigation, chatbot creation, inbox interactions and account management. These issues create critical barriers for users with motor or visual impairments.

Our Roadmap

Due to the scale of effort required to make the platform accessible, our accessibility roadmap is structured in phases. Current priorities are focused on web chatbots and the public website, where user-facing interactions are more immediate and broadly impactful. Once these reach a solid level of accessibility, platform improvements will begin.

Our planned approach includes:

Phase 0: Accessibility by Design
To organize and prioritize fixes, we are documenting the effort required to address accessibility issues. A detailed self-assessment has been prepared in line with Annex VI of the EU Accessibility Act, providing a clear roadmap for improvements.

Phase 1: Accessible Navigation
Critical accessibility issues in our web chatbots will be addressed first, focusing on core interactions such as form inputs, button labels, and basic navigation. Once these are resolved, we will tackle less critical issues to further enhance the user experience.

Phase 2: Critical Account Management Sections
Improve accessibility in essential areas such as subscription management, billing, and invoice access.

Phase 3: Chatbot Creation via Alternative Interfaces
Instead of retrofitting full accessibility into the current drag-and-drop builder, we aim to offer alternative ways to build chatbots, such as using AI-assisted tools that allow flow creation through text-based or guided interfaces.

Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our platform. If you experience any difficulties or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
