Overcoming low lead engagement

As BecomeYoo’s services evolved to expand its product offerings, the need to enhance user interaction and automate data collection for its clients became increasingly apparent. By 2021, BecomeYoo was facing a significant technological challenge — finding new ways to generate and engage leads while automating processes. 

They realized traditional lead generation methods like static forms on microsites were counterproductive and no longer enough to meet business needs. Because static forms ask too many questions at the same time, completion rates were low and they weren’t generating enough leads. 

It became clear that BecomeYoo needed to find new ways to interact with leads that:

- Were more user-friendly;

- Requested information in real-time and added value to the conversation;

- And allowed BecomeYoo to develop more complex participation dynamics.

As they analyzed different technologies, BecomeYoo saw great potential for conversational chatbots to manage customer communication.
