The Sandbox plan is a great starting point if you want to test whether Landbot fits your workflow before committing — whether that's running a quick proof of concept, automating a simple task, or exploring the builder on your own terms.  

It includes limited integrations and flow operations — for instance, you can use Fields but not Conditions or Formulas, which makes it best suited for low-complexity use cases or to validate your setup before scaling up.

In terms of support, Sandbox users have access to all public support content, such as the Knowledge Base and the Academy, and email support, but they do not have a dedicated success manager or access to live chat support.

It gives you more chats per month (500 vs. 100 in the Sandbox plan) and one more channel (Facebook Messenger) where you can implement your chatbot or AI agent. The Starter plan also comes with more built-in integration options — like Mailchimp, Stripe, and Segment — and gives you access to more of the builder's functionalities, like Conditional logic and A/B Testing, and Landbot AI Agents — so you can move beyond scripted flows and let AI handle open-ended questions, qualify leads, and respond in real time.

The Business plan is the best option for large and enterprise businesses that need a fully customized plan and more support options. 

The keyword here is customization — the number of monthly chats available and any extras you might need are tailored to your needs, and the price is adapted accordingly. In terms of features and integrations, you get everything that’s included in the Pro plan, but without limitations (for example, Salesforce usage). For an additional fee, Business customers can use WhatsApp as a channel as well. 

The biggest difference is the level of support and hands-on service Business customers get. In addition to all support content and live chat, they have a dedicated Success Manager, priority support, team training, and custom documentation review (InfoSec, legal, and more).

How to Choose the Right Plan

The best way to pick a plan isn't to start with the price tag — it's to start with the result you're after. Are you trying to turn more of your website traffic into qualified leads? Automate the repetitive support questions eating your team's time? Get both running without waiting on a developer? Once you're clear on the outcome, the right plan tends to choose itself.

From there, three things shape the decision:

What you're solving for. Lead qualification, conversion, support deflection, appointment booking — your primary use case determines which builder features and integrations you actually need. Don't pay for capability you won't use, and don't box yourself in below what your goal requires.

Who's building and running it. Think about how many people on your team will be in the platform, and who owns it long-term. The right plan gives you full control over your flows and integrations without depending on IT — and keeps that true even when the person who built it is on holiday.

The support you'll have behind you. This is the one most people underweight. We'd love to give every customer priority support and a dedicated Success Manager, but those come with the Business plan for a reason — and we can't make exceptions outside what your plan includes. So if having a go-to person who knows your account and is reachable when it matters is important to you, factor that in now rather than discovering the gap later.
