To connect Landbot with Zapier, you need to add the Zapier block in Landbot. This block triggers the integration once the flow reaches it. Inside the block, you will find two important elements: your Landbot Token, which is unique to your brand, and the block identifier, which you will use later in Zapier.To get started with Zapier, create an account if you haven't already, and then click on "Make a Zap!" A Zap consists of a trigger and an action. The trigger is the event that starts your Zap, and the action is what happens after the trigger is set. In this case, Landbot is the trigger and the action is the actual integration.
To trigger Landbot, log in to Zapier, type in "Landbot" in the trigger event, and choose the only option available: "Zapier block activated." Then, log in to your Landbot account, select the bot where you have the Zapier block, and choose the block identifier we saw earlier. Test the trigger by trying your bot a few times and noting the variables you type in, then go back to Zapier and click on "Test Trigger.
