The whole use case

Where does the lead come from?

The video picks up once the conversation is already open on WhatsApp. This is the step before it: a Meta Ads campaign with an Instant Form that captures the lead's phone number and triggers an approved WhatsApp message through Landbot.

Claude builds both channels — what changes is how

Website bots go through the Landbot Builder MCP directly: blocks, logic, variables, publishing. For WhatsApp, the MCP doesn't create the flow yet — Claude Code drives Landbot's visual builder through its in-app browser and builds it there. Connecting your number, templates and the Meta side stays a one-time setup you do by hand.
